Digital Delivery
 |
This is an immediate and FREE delivery process which means that once the purchase has been
made rather than waiting for the postman to deliver your purchases you can use your
internet connection to download your items from our download server straight
to your computer - and best of all it's absolutely
free of charge since there are no shipping costs involved!
The time it takes to download and install your product is usually just minutes
after the purchase has been made. As soon as we receive your payment any digitally
downloadable items are made available for you to download. This process is
made very easy; simply sign in to your account, then go to
the "My Downloads" tab. From here just click the "Download" button to start
the process, or use our free download manager tool to automatically download
and install your items.
We also offer an optional CD backup of any downloadable item for a nominal fee which you can order during the checkout process.
|
The time it takes to download can vary depending on factors such as the size of the item, how busy our servers are, and
the speed and quality of your internet connection.
|
Physical Delivery
 |
This is a physical delivery process which means that once the purchase has been
made we ship your physical items to your specified address.
The time it takes to deliver the items can vary depending on location and the shipping
tariff you have chosen. We normally offer a variety of shipping options (selected
at the checkout stage) so you can decide which best suits you.
We will only charge one nominal shipping fee for the entire order; add as
many physical items to your order as you like without incurring additional shipping
charges!
|
Mixed Orders |
An order can mix physically delivered and digitally delivered items. The physical
items will be shipped out to you while the digitally delivered ones will be made
available for download as described above.
Note that most of our software is available as both a physical item and
a downloadable item. You can use the "Order By" filter in the shop to list
digital or physical items first depending on your preferences.
