Shipping & Handling Charges
Product Purchased for delivery via Electronic Download is free of all shipping and handling charges.
For all other product, the shipping options are selectable from within the shop checkout, and their charges are clearly displayed. Charges are based upon delivery speed and delivery address. Greenstreet reserve the right to refuse an order where the shipping address differs from that selected at the checkout stage, or to an address that differs from the registered address of a credit or debit card holder. Note the following:-
Where several items are ordered in one transaction, the delivery charge will be that of the most expensive item. All other items will be shipped free of charge, subject to a maximum order value of £100. The more you buy, the more you save!
Shipping & Handling covers handling, packaging, insurance and the postage/shipping charge. Our product prices include the relevant Sales Tax applicable to your region or country.
Worldwide deliveries (outside EU) may be subject to your local country import duty - this will be payable upon delivery and not included in any purchase price, or shipping charge on our site.
This fee is clearly shown as a separate charge on your order form.
The Shipping & Handling charge is NON Refundable in any circumstance
Order Processing Times
Items for electronic download will be made available via the Greenstreet Download Manager tool (freely available from our website Download area) or via the 'My Account' area of the website as soon as payment has been verified. The time taken for payment to be verified will be dependant upon the payment method chosen, but is generally within seconds of completing an order.
Physical products are normally dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of cleared funds. Every effort is made to dispatch as quickly as possible.
Please note that our Customer Service team will shut down over Christmas holidays & bank holidays.
Timelines for delivery from point of dispatch vary, depending on shipment method chosen.
Premium - Allow 1-2 WORKING days from date of dispatch
Standard - Allow 3-5 WORKING days from date of dispatch
For Courier - Delivery is 1-2 working days (UK Only) - you must be present at the delivery address or face the possibility of further charges.

This website uses 128-Bit Class 4 SSL encryption on any page that contain's personal, financial, or sensitive information (including the checkout, profile, and payment pages).
Payment is taken by Greenstreet Online and will show on your statement as "GREENSTREET".

Right to cancel
You can cancel or withdraw from your order within 24 hours of receipt on our secure server. Cancellations must be made in writing (email, letter or fax), quoting your order number and full name. In the case of Digitally Download items, orders may only be cancelled where the items have not been downloaded.
Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy
We are sorry but we do not operate a returns policy for items obtained via Electronic Download.
We offer a 30 day return policy on all physical items ordered through our store.
You must obtain a "Return Authorisation" number - this is obtained by emailing the customer service team: service@greenstreet-online.co.uk
You must include the delivery paperwork & returns authorisation code when returning the goods. It is your responsibility to return the goods at your cost.

Shipping & Handling fees, and the cost of return are NON Refundable - unless previously authorised by Greenstreet Online.
Refunds (software)
Physical Delivery:
You may return any UNOPENED item within 7 days of receiving it, for full refund (excl shipping & handling). We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error! Orders that have been opened can be returned up to 30 days after ordering - at your expense. A 15% handling charge will be deducted from your refund.
Digital Download:
Refunds for products purchased for delivery via Electronic Download can only be made in the following circumstances:
- You request a refund from our Customer Service team within 7 days of the order
- Our systems verify that your download link has NOT been activated*
* Activated products are those which have been fully downloaded from the website or using the download manger.
Refunds can NOT be given for items downloaded and subsequently found to be non operational. It is the responsibility of the user/buyer to ensure they have the correct system specifications.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot exchange product unless they are received faulty or the wrong title is dispatched. See warranty below for further details.
PC Software Requirements
You are responsible for checking the PC requirements for the software purchase. We will not offer a refund for an item ordered that subsequently will not run on the intended PC due to the PC having the incorrect system requirements. We will ensure all system specs are listed with each product.
T&Cs Wine Offer (where applicable)
Please note: this voucher is for first time customers only, can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional voucher or special case offers. This voucher can only be used against a case of wine or mix (minimum 12 bottles of 75cl each) with a minimum value of £60 (excluding delivery). You must be 18 to buy alcohol. Virgin Wines deliver anywhere in the UK, excluding Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. (See web site for full terms and conditions.)
Vouchers (promotional offers)
Greenstreet Online Ltd issues voucher/promotional offer codes from time to time. All vouchers/promotional codes are non transferable and have no cash value. These can be redeemed at the checkout phase of your purchase. Voucher / promotional codes do not apply to any shipping and handling fees – any applicable discount is applied to the purchase price of the item(s). You must be a registered user of Greenstreet Online Ltd and agree to the terms and conditions to use any voucher or promotional code issued for use on our site. By using / redeeming a voucher/promotional code on our site is your (the user) confirmation that you agree to those terms.
Warranty
Hardware items:
All hardware purchases from our site are covered by the manufacturers 12 month Return to Base Warranty.
"Return to base" means it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item at their cost. This cost is non refundable.
This return to base warranty is split into 2 parts:
- Within 30 days of order.
You are entitle to exchange faulty or unwanted items or have a full refund (excluding all shipping costs) within this timeframe
- Over 30 days but under 12 months
You are entitled to exchange the faulty item(s) for a same type replacement. In the event of an item being unavailable we are within our rights to offer an alternative of same or higher value type. No refunds are given. We will ship the replacement free of charge – to the same address as listed on original order.
You must obtain a "Return Authorisation" number – this is obtained by emailing the customer service team: service@greenstreet-online.co.uk
You must include the delivery paperwork & returns authorisation code when returning the goods.
Non Hardware items:
All software and digital download items are supported by the technical support team. Please contact technical support for resolution to your issue.
Guarantee
The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.
Data protection
We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the Federal data protection law, the telecommunications laws and the teleservices protection law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
Liability
The maximum liability of Greenstreet, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount paid for the products.
