The most common issues with our games can be solved by updating the driver software for your graphics card and installing the latest version of DirectX. To do these please follow the instructions below:

Update to the latest version of DirectX by clicking on this link to the Microsoft website and following the instructions found there.

Install the latest version of your graphics card's driver by visting the manufacturer's website. There will usually be a download or support section which will have instructions on what to do. (How do I find out what graphics card I have?)
- If you have bought a computer with Microsoft Windows Vista installed and you are having a few problems with your games working
properly read this.
- Patches and Updates - Occasionally,
we may make a patch available to fix
certain issues with our products.
