Software Support

Most problems can be solved by using the programs help file or reading the section below. Please consult these first before contacting Technical Support. Also try;

  1. Make sure your version of Microsoft Windows has all of the updates and patches. See below for some useful links to the Microsoft websites.

  2. Install the latest version of your graphics card's driver by visting the manufacturer's website. There will usually be a download or support section which will have instructions on what to do. (How do I find out what graphics card I have?)

  3. If you have bought a computer with Microsoft Windows Vista installed and you are having a few problems with your software working properly. Read this.

  4. Patches and Updates - Occasionally, we may make a patch available to fix certain issues with our products. A list of the current downloadable patches and other updates can be found below.

  5. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Specific answers to problems or issues for each software title can be found below.

If you are unable to find a solution to your problem then please:-

  1. Write down the details of what you were doing just before the problem occurred.
  2. Write down the details of any error message you received.
  3. Have the details of your system ready. (i.e. Windows version processor, memory, video card etc.)
