3.1 The Free Download software contained on the Greenstreet Online website (when available), is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. The entire risk as to the results and the performance of the software is assumed by the user, and in no event will Greenstreet Online be liable for any consequential, incidental or direct damages suffered in the course of using the software found on the Greenstreet Online website. We do not provide any help or support with the installation, any errors encountered, or use of any of these free downloads. Please refer to the software documentation or help files included with the software installation. All images are for illustration purposes only.

4.1 Greenstreet Online uses diligent efforts to protect the security and integrity of the information you provide to us once it is received on our systems. 5.1 To update your information, use the relevant forms provided throughout Greenstreet Online websites.

6.1 Cancelling Newsletters. You may cancel participation in e-mail newsletters by following the instructions at the bottom of each newsletter. We will not remove you from the newsletter manually unless you are having a problem with the unsubscription system whereby it does not recognise the e-mail address you are inputting. Should a manual unsubscription have to be carried out on your request, please be aware that this can take up to 30 working days. Under these circumstances - please email service@greenstreet-online.co.uk - stating "unsubscribe" in the email subject line. We strongly recommend that all unsubscribes are done using the automatic unsubsciption facility.
